As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

– Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.

– Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

– Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

– Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
